  • Cash Flow BoostClient Interview My conversation with Alex was brief. He’s someone I’ve known for some years and we have talked about what to do with his current assets. He’s a regular guy working a regular job for a major corporation. • Ricardo Castro BioI was born in the San Fernando Valley and grew up in Los Angels CA. I graduated from Huntington Park High School and attended CSULB pursuing a bachelor in Architecture for two years before entering the Real Estate business in 1996. I married in 2000 and became a father in 2007 to a beautiful daughter. I earned my Real Estate license in 1997 and my broker’s license in 2006. I was also commissioned as a Notary Public for the state of California from March 2004 to March 2008. I completed the required education and training in 2005 for the Seniors Real Estate Council earning the accreditation of SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist). I’ve also earned various other certificates of completion in many aspects of Real Estate practice. From probate Real Estate transactions to Tax deferred 1031 Exchanges. Growing up I was an avid tennis player who competed in high school. Now I still put some hours on the court, mainly playing with my brothers and teaching my 3 year old daughter how to hit a top spin forehand. It’s very satisfying to teach my daughter something I love. She’s a great little athlete. Now, when I’m not assisting buyers and…
